Charles Maddix is a board-certified nurse practitioner and the founder of The Practice in Jacksonville, Florida. He holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), and is board-certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
Charles provides care both in person in Jacksonville and by telehealth to patients across Florida and Washington, including PrEP, DoxyPEP, and sexual-health services alongside mental-health care.
